Ingredients
1)1 egg
2) 1 cup flour
3) cup of milk
4) essance
5)2sponce oil
6)2 tablespoon baking powder

Cooking
First add flour into a bowl. Then add baking powder and milk in it . stirr them for a minute.then add beaten egg, and essanve in it .

Now in some oil in a pan . after then add a little amount of mixture . don't stir after it start bubbling then turn after both sides become golden then place it on a plate .
